Recordings
Open a recording to hear it next to the order lines the rep read. Lines the rep crossed off are struck through. Mark each one good or bad; bad ones are flagged in the export.
Orders
Add orders from an MIS export or a batch sheet, give orders to reps, and add reps. A new import never touches recordings or crossed-off lines, and an order that already has a rep keeps it.

To add someone, invite them on People. Everyone records as themselves after signing in, and their queue appears here.
People
Only people on this list can sign in, with their PACE Microsoft account. Invite someone and they get an email with the link and how to start. Reps record; admins also see this admin area. Removing someone signs them out within 30 seconds.

Access requests
People who signed in with a PACE account but are not on the list yet. Approve adds them to People as a rep (and makes their rep record when their name is known). Block stops them asking again; they see "Access not available".
Export
Three CSV files in one zip: takes.csv (one row per recording, with the lines read and crossed off, and the review), lines.csv and orders.csv. Use the hashed version for anything that leaves PACE: order numbers and recording ids are replaced with one-way codes.
The audio stays in S3; it is too large for a browser download. To include the WAV files, run python export.py --out export/ --hash-orders --copy-audio from a Mac with AWS access.
